Software Development Department Manager


• Support with right resources and right technologies the company’s project portfolio;
• Planning and organizing an efficient team (hiring, training, assessing and managing direct-reporting staff);
• Communicating both to projects and their customers;
• Formulating strategy of the company of behalf of own direct responsibilities, i.e. which technologies to develop inside the company, which structure of resources to use, which processes to start using or change, etc.;
• Identifying and communicating to another organizational units of the company in order to maintain.


• Management experience;
• experience in management techniques and practices;
• technical experience in Software Development;
• leadership and team motivation skills;
• upper-intermediate or advanced English skills
