Support Engineer

Requirements:

• deep knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems;
• basic knowledge of UNIX shell scripting languages (like tcsh, ksh);
• basic knowledge of tcp, scp, telnet, ftp, http(s) protocols;
• basic knowledge of SQL & SQL scripts;
• be familiar with open source HTTP servers and Servlet Containers (Apache Tomcat, Karaf)?;
• problem solving skills – identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner;
• strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide functional guidance to customer personnel;
• good written English is a must.
