Director of Business Development

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development professional to build relationships and expand portfolio of games from Eastern European and Russian developers. This is a unique opportunity to seek and sign the best independent games in a dynamic and growing region.

Location: Moscow or Keiv

Responsibilities:
• Negotiate, manage and close social and mobile publishing deals
• Evaluate social game pitches and assess capabilities of development teams
• Develop and evaluate business opportunities with a keen ability to identify risk factors
• Work closely with the global business development and product teams to implement evolving partnership strategies
• Manage, coordinate, and/or support special projects as needed
• Work from Eastern Europe or Russia
• Travel required for conferences, developer visits, and meetings at major offices

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline. An MBA is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Russian
• 3+ years of working experience in business development
• 3+ years in the games industry – social, online gaming, or mobile gaming experience preferred
• Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand key financial drivers of the businesses.
• Proven self-starter, fast learner and well-organized person who is passionate about the fast changing pace of the internet and social gaming.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
